Your customer satisfaction is my #1 priority here at ArtMythicaShop.com! For this reason I'm offering a 60 day no questions asked Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that if at any time within two months of receiving your purchased product you may exchange or return it and I will reimburse your full order price including shipping costs via PayPal. This of course is true in cases of damage or product flaws or defects, but regardless of the reason if you're not 100% pleased with your purchase we will make sure that you will made whole.

In the case of my Print On Demand products these Production Partners will often handle returns and damaged goods replacement. These instances are rare but can best be handled through them directly.
